We offer bed and breakfast accommodation to a high standard but considerably cheaper than most hotels in Leicester. Most rooms can access free Wi Fi and all are equipped with modern TV's and all the facilities you would expect to find in a modern guesthouse. On street parking is available and unrestricted outside the guest house and nearby bus links to the city centre are excellent delivering guests to the new Curve Theatre and nearby De Montfort Hall. We have one En Suite Room available for a small supplement but all shared facilities are spotless and very close to guest rooms.
